I’ve got a bunch of rental leads and I would hate to see them go to waste. I would prefer to sell them but how?

I do not think that this company is a scam but it seems highly unlikely that anybody is make any money with them.
“As of yet I have accepted (paid for) about 300 leads.Of all those leads I’ve only been able to schedule about 30.And of that 30 only about 5 seem willing to get the work done in a timely matter.This does not feel like a formula for success.”

Last week was great for the Vizion Group 4 homes went under contract including our Waldo home after only 7 days on the market. We also just met with an investor from California who is looking to invest quite significantly in the Kansas City Metro Area. I feel very good about this potential relationship and look forward to learning a great deal from him in the future. Our contractor leads from reliableremodler.com have as of yet been a complete waste of money. The potential for profit is there but it doesn’t seem likely to pan out.
