Vizionkc Buys A Rental In Wyandotte…Project Rosedale

This Monday September 29th Vizionkc will begin construction on a 2 Bedroom 1 Bath Rental in Kansas City, KS. Project Rosedale’s ETA is Mid Ocotober. As expected this property will rent out in the $700-800 price range. This will be the most affordable Vizion rental in about a year. If things pickup with our investors in Detroit we could possible be looking at many more of these rentals in the very near near future.

Vizionkc Grandview Acquistion Looks Promising

Things are developing faster than expected on the Grandview property acquisition. Today we walked thu the Grandview property now code named Project Craig with the contractor.
