I’m glad to say that Vizion is back doing another home in Waldo. Vizion’s last property in Waldo sold in October after only 7 days on market. While we realize that’s not an everyday occurance we still look at the popular Waldo area favorably. This particular home is quite a bit diffrent from our last Waldo project and like many homes in the area it is very unique. On the main floor is a large living room, seperate dining room, eat in kitchen, one bedroom and a bathroom. Currently upstairs there are two additional bedrooms and we will be adding a full bath to the master bedroom upstairs. All in all this should be a quick remodel only lasting about three weeks. I will make sure to keep everyone posted on the remodel.
