I’m leaning towards having all of my vacant listings staged. Each time I see a staged home I’m impressed with how much better the house looks. I’ve already talked to most of my investors and many of them have agreed to pay for this additional service…especially if it sells their properties faster. For the ones that are not on board with staging yet I hope these before and after pictures will help change your perception of this service.
