Progress On 7744 McGee (Project Waldo)

Our renovation of 7744 McGee is slowly but surly coming along.  I stopped by the property Earlier today after running a few errands in the Waldo area of Kansas City.

The new garage door has been installed.  This is the fist time I’ve seen one wrapped in plastic.  I wonder what we’re protecting it from.

What Is Project Brookside?

Project Brookside refers to all Vizion home renovations that take place in the Brookside area of Kansas City.

Brookside is a neighborhood and shopping center located in Kansas City, Missouri on 63rd Street & Brookside Boulevard. The location surrounds the area from 62nd Terrance to Meyer Boulevard on the North/South and Wornall Road to Main Street on the West/East. The neighborhood itself varies, but, it is centered around the shopping center. Border Star Montessori is the third montessori school in the Kansas City, Missouri School District located at 6321 Wornall Road. Southwest Early College Campus is located at 6512 Wornall Road.

Progress On 444 Dartmouth (Project Brookside)

We are in our final week of renovation on 444 Dartmouth aka the longest renovation so far this year.  For those of you who have patiently waiting this projects competition rest assured your patience will be well rewarded.

Progress On 12512 Winchester (Project Grandview)

We are in our final week of renovation on 12512 Winchester in Grandview, MO.  I stopped by the property earlier today after a showing on 11819 Delmar.
