Project Brookside is continued with our renovation of 424 Dartmouth. This is one of those houses that just needed a little updating to become a Vizion home. 424 Dartmouth has been done up in our typical Brookside style with granite counters, stainless steal appliances, refinished hardwood floors and new windows. Tudor style homes are one of the most popular layouts in the Brookside area. This particular home was built in the 1920’s and while all the updates were done 2009 this home still retains that certain charm that you can only find in an older home. This renovation like all renovations Vizion does was completed with exceptional attention to detail. Unlike many renovators we take the time to update our properties while be careful not to subtract from the characteristics that make the home part of the neighborhood.
The largest part of this renovation was moving the half bath from the kitchen and placing it in the living room. By doing this it allowed us to really open up the space in the kitchen.
