The time has come again for another Vizion renovation video.  1010 W 70th ter was a custom home renovation with pretty strict deadline.  Over $100k went into renovating this house.  Enjoy.

Progress On 1010 W 70th Tr. (Project Brookside) Pt. 7

We’re entering the finishing stages on our remodel of 1010 W 70th Tr.  It’s been a real pleasure watching this project come together.  This was another huge week in the renovation so once again this will be a post with lots of progress pictures.

I’m very impressed with how much got over the past 5 days.  As you can see here the hardwood floors have already been sanded and are now ready for staining.  According to our head contractor the floors will be stained over the weekend.

424 Dartmouth Before and After Renovation Video

Project Brookside is continued with our renovation of 424 Dartmouth.  This is one of those houses that just needed a little updating to become a Vizion home.  424 Dartmouth has been done up in our typical Brookside style with granite counters, stainless steal appliances, refinished hardwood floors and new windows.  Not only is this home beautifully updated its also very competitively priced at $259,900.

Progress On 1010 W 70th Pt. 2 (Project Brookside)

I stopped by the custom renovation at 1010 W 70th today after stopping by our renovation at 424 Dartmouth.  While not much has taken place on the outside the inside of this house is slowly coming along.

The new door for the new halfbath has been cut out of the wall in the living room.  You may remember that half bath is being moved in from left side of the kitchen to right.  Moving the halfbath allows the house to flow better and also makes more space in the kitchen.

Progress On 424 Dartmouth Pt. 5 (Project Brookside)

Even though we got an unexpected 4 inches of snow I was still able to run out and grab a few progress pictures of our renovation at 424 Dartmouth.  This renovation is about a week away from being completed.

The new garage door has been installed.  Unlike most of the houses we’ve done in the Brookside area this one has a full fenced backyard.

Progress On 1010 W 70th Tr (Project Brookside) Part 1

We’re in the beginning stages of our renovation at 1010 W 70th tr.  I assure you that while these pictures are very rough once this remodel has been completed this will be one of the nicest houses on the block.

We might as well start things off in the kitchen.  As you can see our crews have already gutted most of the kitchen.  We will be doing some minor floor repair on this house as well as completely changing the layout of the kitchen.  Generally we don’t change the layout of the house but when doing a custom renovation like this anything is possible.

Progress On 444 Dartmouth (Project Brookside)

This is shaping up to be one of my favorite home renovations.  Seeing this project come together has been truly amazing.   That’s a lot for me to say considering I’ve witnessed dozens of home renovations with Vizion including the amazing transformation of  James A Reed but that’s another story.

Progress on 424 Dartmouth (Project Brookside)

Our crews just started work on 424 Dartmouth last week.  The tear out was completed while the painting crew worked on 444 Darthmouth which is right down the street.
