Reason For Project Death: Timing. The anticipated end buyer of Project Craig must close on a property by the end of the year due to loan stipulations. Without an end buyer in the mix this property would have been a lower return on investment than Vizion would have felt comfortable passing on to the investor behind this property.

Early Friday an offer was made on Craig by a third party uninvolved with Vizion. If their offer is accepted by the bank project Craig will be dead.

It appears that Project 76 is moving forward and offers have been submitted I will have more updates on Monday.

Project Rosedale’s closing was pushed back until Tuesday. Construction should begin Wednesday. Rosedale will be a very inexpensive rental around $800 per month.

… Looks like Project Craig has legs….. anticipated buyer maybe in the mix.

A couple, who do to timing, were not able to purchase Project Kenwood are now primed and possibly ready to purchase Project Craig. If indeed Craig sells before even hitting the open market this could potentially build up quite a bit of anticipation for Vizion’s next Project codenamed 76

According to planners on 76 this project could have as many as 5 bedrooms…and its in Raytown Schools. That alone is reason for hype. Combine that with Project Kenwood being on the market for only 7 days and Project Craig selling before even hitting the market, and that builds quite a bit of anticipation for Project 76…makes for an interesting Winter.

Project Rosedale is scheduled to close tomorrow September 26th. It’s an economy rental, 2 Bedrooms 1 Bathroom all for $800. Great for students. Kansas City Community College is close by.
