The phone calls and email inquiries continue to pour in for this Raytown property. 8801 E 81st ter sits right on the corner of 81st ter and Spring Valley just north of Raytown South Middle Schoool. It appears that affordable housing is in great demand in this part of Raytown I hope we’re able to find another property in this area soon. This weeks post will be a bit shorter than usual. We had to pull off of this project for a few days to wrap up some inspection issues on 444 Dartmouth. Next week we will be hitting this house hard. Right now I’d say we’re about 2 weeks away from being done.
Here is a shot of the kitchen. From the look of things we will be installing cabinets early next week.
We’re in the second week of our renovation of 8801 E 81st Ter in Raytown, MO . I love when are in house crews are in charge of a renovation cause they’re so fast. As you can see we’ve already completed laying the tile in the kitchen bathrooms, and entrance ways.
Renovation started this week at 8801 E 81st in Raytown, MO. It’s always great to start a renovation knowing that an end buyer is already in place. That being said this is already shaping up to a pretty impressive home for the price. 4 bedroom, 2.5 baths, finished basement, 2 fireplaces. Vizion’s personal crew is doing this house which means that this house is going to get done quickly.
As you can see a lot of the tear out has already been completed. This is going to be a beautiful kitchen with maple cabinets and granite counters when we’re done.
The area where Raytown now lies was developed throughout the 1800s and early 1900s as pioneers moved westward along the Three Trails in search of available fertile lands and water. It was added to the state of Missouri at a cost of $800 by a treaty signed in 1826. Jackson County, named after President Andrew Jackson, was formed in 1827. A large area of the county, Township 49, was accidentally not offered for sale when the other townships were, and so was called “The Lost Township”. People moved into the township and squatted until the township was surveyed and the land sold in 1843.
7610 E. 70th terrace is now available for rent. This incredible home while located in Kansas City, MO is actually in the Raytown school district. Add in that fact that it’s been beautifully renovated and its close proximity to highway 71 and you have the makings of a truly special rental property.
After four weeks our crews have finally completed the renovation of 9808 E. 76th Tr. Some of you may remember that this was the house were me and my business partner Jason where interviewed by the Raytown Post a few weeks ago.
Our renovation a 9808 E. 76th Tr is almost complete. From the looks of things our crews should be done with the house early this week. I stopped by the property earlier today and was surprised once again by the size of this house. Pictures really can be deceiving. Some of you may remember that this was the house were me and my business partner Jason where interviewed by the Raytown Post a few weeks ago.
Recently my business partner Jason and I were interviewed by Ben Felder of the Raytown Post. Raytown is a suburb of Kansas City with a population of just over 30,000. Over the past year Vizion has flipped four houses in Raytown including our most recent Project 76 which is currently in process.
Today after checking out a possible acquisition in Raytown, MO with @mightywaldo I decided to stop by Project 76 and see how things we coming along. Honestly I was a little surprised to find out that one of our sub crews had been working on this house 6 days a week.
After weeks of rather comical negotiotions the property on 9808E. 76th St in Raytown, MO has officially been acquired by Vizion. I guess the bank finally realized that they might as well sell the property to someone who actually wants it and has the means to pay for it.
Vizion’s last property in Raytown was 7416 James A. Reed and while that property was unique in its own right. Its hard to beat a newer generation Vizion home.
This property is slated to close around the 20th of November and will be ready by the first part of January.
