We’re in the finishing stages of our renovation at 2901 Norwoood in Independence, MO.  This home looks a lot different with a fresh coat of paint.  If all goes well we should be able to get this home on the market sometime in the next week.

This Monday September 29th Vizionkc will begin construction on a 2 Bedroom 1 Bath Rental in Kansas City, KS. Project Rosedale’s ETA is Mid Ocotober. As expected this property will rent out in the $700-800 price range. This will be the most affordable Vizion rental in about a year. If things pickup with our investors in Detroit we could possible be looking at many more of these rentals in the very near near future.
